Is It Feasible Now To Dismantle The Hoover Dam And Replace It With Better Water Management Technology?

like using Gorlov turbines to produce electricity for example. Or just use the power of the Colorado river itself to power the electricity for the Western states while allowing the river to just take it’s natural course to the Gulf of Mexico,or just build more canals to get water down to cities like Phoenix,Los Angeles,Albuquerque;etc?

Never see any of that happening. With the drop in the water level at Lake Mead … there is a crisis now. To allow the river to flow back to it’s natural state will create havoc through the canyon. The land has already naturalized itself to the dam being there. If the water level would rise to where it should be they could always allow more to flow downstream. As of now, don’t see that every happening.
