		<description>Never see any of that happening. With the drop in  the water level at Lake Mead ... there is a crisis now. To allow the river to flow back to it&#039;s natural state will create havoc through the canyon. The land has already naturalized itself to the dam being there. If the water level would rise to where it should be they could always allow more to flow downstream. As of now, don&#039;t see that every happening.</description>
