Nervous About Moving To Phoenix…….?

Next October my husband ETS’s out of the Army and is wanting to get a job with the border patrol or Phoenix PD. He has a friend who lives there but I know nobody.
We’ll be 20 somethings with at least a toddler. I was hoping to get some hot tips on moving there.
I wanna know about the housing market, good neighborhood to look into, school district information, good churches(southern baptist), you get the idea.
What are the pros and cons of phoenix? What are things I need to know when I get there? Any tips for fitting in?

I Have A Question About A 1031 Exchange And If My Situation Will Work For A 1031.?

I moved from Los Angeles to Phoenix in July sort of sight unseen, I am now paying the price with a 40 minute commute in each direction. I have to be in my house for at least a year due to home builder’s regulations but want to move soon after. At this point I really do not care about equity gains and just want to make my money back that I put down as a down payment. If this is my primary residence can I sell it and buy a new home under 1031 exchange? If I use the new house as my primary residence can I defer the capital gains taxes and when will I have to pay them.

Finally, the Truth About Ufo’s

Do you believe in unidentified flying objects and believe that our government has not told us everything about UFO’s that they have knowledge of?

What is the truth about these unidentified flying objects in your mind? Are you confused or do you just think that these so called sightings are nothing more than a hoax that others try and get others to believe in? Or rather, do you believe that there certainly could be some truth to UFO’s?

Many believe that these UFO sightings are for real and that our government has not given us the real truth about them and that they continue to cover them up.

You don’t have to look too hard or too long to find a limitless supply of those who will tell you that they believe in extra terrestrials because of their very own personal experience. You will also easily find many people who have had personal experiences with extra terrestrials.

Many people have spent much of their lives researching and writing books and articles about this phenomena and continue to do so in their quest to prove that they do exist and continue their efforts in hopes of finding out their true meaning.

If you believe the incident that took place in Roswell, New Mexico many years ago that still has people talking today, then you likely know that there are more than just a few people who firmly believe that this happening was, without question, a huge cover up and that the government lied to the public about what really happened.

Those who remember this happening still believe that there was evidence that pointed to the fact that this UFO sighting in Roswell was real and that there was without doubt, an alien aircraft that really did crash which left behind material proof that was recovered from that crash site.

Those who believe in UFO’s also include a former astronaut who was a part of Apollo 14, who reportedly interacted with some very high-ranking officers from the military who even admitted that they had first hand involvement with alien hardware along with alien technology. There is also others who have knowledge and experience with our radar systems who will tell you that is a commonality for our air-traffic controllers see more on their radar screens than just they typical aircraft as we all know.

Thousands of Arizonans have seen an Arizona UFO. Thousands were fortunate enough to see the famous Phoenix Lights. If you have never read the story about the Phoenix Lights before, it really is something that makes you wonder if UFO’s really do exist.

Even if you are the most skeptical person when it comes to an Arizona UFO, or anywhere else for that matter, you might just have a different opinion once you read about this major event that took place on March 13th, 1997 when thousands of people witnessed what was believed to be a UFO sighting in Arizona.

On the night that this took place, there were many witnesses who video taped the UFO sighting that happened right here in Phoenix. Local residents reported that they witnessed what was described as appearing and disappearing UFO lights that hovered above the city near the Estrella Mountains.

The local news and the national news both jumped on the UFO story that took place here in Arizona and it’s still a very popular news topic in various media streams such as the History Channel, who recently did a story on UFO’s that I have personally seen and appreciated.

It was such an amazing story that the national news television stations couldn’t cover it up like many have done in the past.

There are those who believe that these so called UFO’s in Arizona were just flares that resembled unidentified flying objects but there are many more people who still believe that the Phoenix Lights and other sightings of a Arizona UFO are the real thing.

If you ask others, believing in an AZ extra terrestrial or anywhere else is not a hoax…..it is something that is very real.

There are many other reports of these unidentified flying objects here in Arizona as well as other states, too.

Just as recent as January 9th, 2007, there was yet another witness who was driving in the east valley when he saw some lights that were set low in the sky. This witness believes that these peculiar lights were in the area Gold Canyon, Arizona, which is approximately 35 minutes from the Phoenix metro area.

Witnesses described the lights as being lined up as if they were in a straight line. The witness also described the far left light turning on and then turning off.

If you are still not convinced or would like to read more evidence that a Arizona UFO may not be a laughing matter, you might enjoy seeing for yourself, more UFO Evidence.

Still not convinced? It’s okay…..many just find it hard to believe that UFO’s anywhere, especially a UFO in Arizona, could possibly exist.

Maybe you just need to view UFO Videos to finally convince you! It did me.

Do you believe?

Hey guys, Im 22 years old and trying to finish up my bachelors degree. However, my father decided to be a jerk and tell me he won’t pay for my tuition cause i failed a class. So now im out of school and trying to get a job at university of phoenix so i can get free tuition. I had a interview by them on Friday and i haven’t received a call back from them. My father claims me as dependent still and refuses to give me his tax information so i can file for Fafsa.

All About Chace Crawford

Chace Crawford is the sexy Nate Archibald in the television series Gossip Girl which is broadcast on the CW network. Gossip Girl began as a book series and because of its popularity became a major network television series. Gossip Girl has only been on for one season, and that includes a writers strike hiatus, and its popularity is off the charts. Shows like Dawsons Creek, Beverly Hills 90210 and The O.C. paved the way for this show by creating an entire genre of teen to young adult dramas on primetime.

Gossip Girl finds its niche because it addresses issues that people can relate to from across the world. The show centers around six main characters that all attend same sex, private high schools in the prestigious Upper East Side. The girls go to the Constance Billard School for Girls while the boys attend St. Judes.

The six main characters are Blair Waldorf, Serena van der Woodsen, Jenny Humphrey, Nate Archibald, Chuck Bass and Dan Humphrey. All of them live in the Upper East Side and come from wealthy families except Dan and Jenny Humphrey who hail from Brooklyn. One of the most interesting parts of the television show Gossip Girl is that the main character is someone that you never even see. Gossip Girl actually refers to the narrator of the show and she is someone whom we never see on the show. She only communicates with the other characters on the show via cell phone text messaging. All of the gossip filters through her and then she sends out mass texts to everyone on the network, which is pretty much everyone who attends those private and prestigious high schools. A lot of the time she receives her gossip from some of the main characters in the show when they are trying to instigate trouble or drama.

The real Nate Archibald is Chace Crawford, and he is just as handsome in real as his charming character is on Gossip Girl. Chace Crawford is originally from Plano, Texas and was raised by his father, a dermatologist and his mother, a teacher. He grew up with one sister who won the Miss Missouri USA title in 2008. After graduating from high school he moved to Malibu, California to attend Pepperdine University. He struggled to find a career path so half way through his second year, his mother suggested that he try out acting. He credits her for initiating his bold move and it is clear by his performance on Gossip Girl that he made the right choice.

If you’re worried because there are some bad marks against you creditwise, there’s a good chance that you’ll still be able to buy a home. That’s where creative mortgages come in handy.

Before you even start the application, obtain copies of your credit report from the three main agencies.
